The pedestrian killed after a 3-vehicle crash near Sparks early on Wednesday morning has been identified by Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office. 67 year-old John Mouchou was struck and killed during the early morning collision which closed the Sparks Boulevard off-ramp for several hours.  Another person was transported to the hospital. There is no information at this time about the condition of anyone else involved in the crash.
