[KOH] – A crash yesterday evening resulted in a fatality at the new roundabout in Silver Springs. Around 7:30 p.m., a car hauler drove right through the center of the roundabout dislodging boulders and puncturing one of its fuel tanks. The commercial vehicle ended up on top of a sedan and then caught fire. Witnesses said two people were trapped in the car. No identities have been released.
The roundabout was completely closed for about seven hours.
