The Reno Police Department responded to a shooting at a shopping center on the 3000 block of South McCarran Boulevard near Mira Loma last night. When officers arrived, they found a man with gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital for treatment but later died from his injuries. No arrests have been made at this time as police say this incident appears to be self defense. The other person involved remained on scene. The investigation is ongoing.
