The Dixie Fire has grown to 192,849 acres and is now 21% contained. Officials are now saying they do not have an estimated containment date.
Officials say more than 5,400 firefighters and personnel are on scene. The fire burned across both Highway 70 and Highway 89 over the weekend. Fire crews are working to protect structures in nearby communities. New evacuation orders have been issued due to the Dixie Fire. They include:

All of Genesee Valley southeast of Taylorsville, Walker Mine Road. North and eastern parts of Indian Valley. The shelter is at Lassen Community College in Susanville.
