A Reno man is being held on $140,000 bail, after he smashed a disabled man’s nose on a bus in Placer County. 26 year old Edward Villegas was sitting next to the man, and witnesses say he broke the victims nose with a punch in an unprovoked attack. Villegas was arrested in Colfax. He is in Placer County Jail.
