The Sparks Police Department is investigating a homicide on Richards Place. Officers were called out to the area of Richards Place and Richards Way last night. Police report one 15-year-old was killed after a shooting just after 8:30 pm. When officers arrived on scene they found fired bullet casings and the unidentified teen. Detectives say the shooting appears to be gang related. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Sparks Police or Secret Witness at 322-4900.
