Alleged Illegal Nevada Voter Charged

A Las Vegas man who helped drive the false claim of “Dead people” voting in Nevada, is now accused of forging his dead wife’s signature on her ballot, mailing it in, and then claiming it had been stolen and used illegally. KLAS TV in Las Vegas is reporting that, 55 year old Donald “Kirk” Hartle, faces two charges relating to the 2020 election. This after his claims were investigated by the Secretary of State’s Office. Hartle’s wife died in 2017. Hartle’s ballot was one of two cited by the Nevada Republican Party as proof of voter fraud. Hartle’s false claims were widely touted on social media. He now faces up to four years in prison and a fine of $5,000 for each charge of illegally voting, if he’s convicted.
