The Sparks Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for Michael Clare in connection with the murder of a man whose body was found in a parked car last week. Police found Issac Reshatoff’s body in the 600 block of east Prater Way last Wednesday. Police still need help finding Clare. He may be using a Suzuki GSXR motorcycle. It has black rims, but no license plate.
