Southern Nevada Health District Confirms First Case of The Omicron Variant

Clark County Tuesday reported its first confirmed case of the omicron variant. Southern Nevada Health District says the case was recorded in a woman in her mid-20s, who is fully vaccinated but has not received a booster shot. The Health District advises. people can protect themselves from all variants of the COVID-19 virus by getting fully vaccinated and getting a booster, wearing a mask in public indoor settings, regardless of vaccination status, and staying home and getting tested if they are sick.
