Nevada’s Economy Best in U.S.

“State Policy Reports” ranked Nevada as the best economy in the country. The ranking, for the first quarter of 2022, was based on personal income growth, employment growth, and population growth. Far exceeding the national pace, Nevada’s personal income grew by 10.2%.  In 2021, Nevada had the fourth highest GDP growth rate in the nation and Reno and Las Vegas were ranked in the top 5 regions in global logistics index for rent growth. Last year, Nevada had the highest unemployment rate decrease and the largest percentage increase in nonfarm payroll employment in the nation.
