Sparks Police are investigating a possible stabbing at Sierra Sid’s Casino in Sparks. Police were called to the scene around 3:45 this morning. All the suspects involved fled the scene before investigators arrived and police are currently interviewing witnesses and reviewing video footage. Officials say there is no threat to the public and say they it’s an isolated event. The extent of the injuries have not been released.
