One man was arrested after investigators say he started a brush fire in a field near a North Carson Street RV dealership. 43-year-old Lucas Chase, was booked for 3rd degree arson, and for two outstanding misdemeanor warrants. Deputies responded with Carson City firefighters Sunday afternoon to an active brush fire in a field in the 4500 block of North Carson Street, near Medical Parkway. The fire damaged a fence but no structures burned. Witnesses say Chase was in the field when the fire started. He was carrying matches, lighters and knives.
