Eastbound Mira Loma Drive was closed at McCarran Boulevard for a few hours last night after a driver traveling north on McCarran hit a pedestrian as they turned right onto eastbound Mira Loma Drive. REMSA transported the male victim to the hospital with life threatening injuries. The driver remained on scene after the collision and is cooperating with the investigation. It is unknown at this time if speed or impairment were factors in this case.
