Nevada State Police are investigating after a fatal crash on westbound I-80 near the Vista exit in Sparks Wednesday night. The crash happened around 5:30pm. Investigators say through their preliminary investigation, they believe a potential medical episode resulted in the crash. One person was killed. They have not been identified.
