There’s new information about what caused a fatal crash on westbound 80 near Vista Boulevard Wednesday night. Nevada State Police, Highway Patrol says the driver of a semi truck suffered a medical event and crashed into a wall. Troopers were on scene for about seven hours, investigating. No one else was injured.
