Nevada State Police are investigating a fatal incident that happened on I-580 near Plumb Lane Monday night. State Police say a person was riding in a cab, when for an unknown reason, they got out while it was moving. The person was hit by a car traveling northbound. They then moved to the southbound lanes and were hit again. They were pronounced dead at a local hospital.
