The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada says 27 companies relocated or expanded their workforce in Greater Reno-Sparks in 2022. The companies combined added more than 2,200 new jobs in the Truckee Meadows with an average pay wage of $32.67. Of those companies, 12 also relocated their headquarters to our area. Out of 27, tech lead the pack, with 41 percent, and manufacturing came in second at 33%. Logistics, distribution and e-commerce rounded out third at 19%.
