A driver killed in a crash on February 8th in Fallon has been identified. 26-year-old Jacob Tyler was killed in the early morning crash US-50 in the area of Sheckler Road. Initial investigation revealed that a black Honda Civic sedan traveling eastbound towards the intersection failed to yield to a red light and entered the intersection, hitting one of the three trailers being towed by a white Peterbilt that was turning left traveling northbound. NSP said the driver of the Peterbilt was not injured. Jacob Tyler, who was driving the Civic, was pronounced dead on scene.
