The person who admitted driving a car into three people Monday at East Fourth and Line drive has been arrested on one one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder. One person was killed, two others are in critical but stable condition. 57 year old David Turner reportedly made comments to police that indicated hitting the pedestrians was intentional. The names of the victims have not been released.
