[KOH] – Greg Hall is resigning as head of the Nevada Humane Society, just before a May 15th meeting of the Washoe County Regional Animal Services Advisory board, that planned to explore accusations against him. Complaints about Hall involved everything from personnel management, shelter operations and finances, to mishandling of animal health. In a statement, the NHS board says they’re considering all allegations with the utmost gravity and enacting appropriate investigations, including a third-party investigation into animal welfare scheduled to begin May 22. The meeting set for the 15th at Reno City Hall is still scheduled to occur.
