Third Gun Bill Passes Nevada Legislature

Three gun bills have now passed the Nevada Legislature. AB 354 prohibits guns at polling locations and ballot drop off or counting locations, and updates definitions for ghost guns, home built weapons without serial numbers. AB 355 raises the age for ownership or possession of certain assault weapons. And SB 171, would “RedFlag” anyone who is convicted of a hate crime, from owning a gun for ten years. Supporters will rally at the state capital to encourage the Governor to sign these bills.
