The Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office says a man who was found dead near Fisherman’s Park has been identified as 35-year-old Randal Lowery. Lowery is believed to have been homeless. His manner of death was homicide by multiple stab wounds. Secret Witness is offering a $5,000 reward.
