Fire crews with the Bureau of Land Management and Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue put out a two acre wildfire in Palomino Valley Sunday. There was no damage to structures and there were no injuries. According to Truckee Meadows Fire, dry and hot conditions have increased the risk of wildfires. They’re again reminding people to avoid outdoor activities that can start fires. The cause of this fire is under investigation.
