Reno Police say they’ve arrested a 17-year-old in connection with a fatal early morning shooting that happened near the University of Nevada Reno campus. Police say Stefan Howard Jr faces an open murder charge. The two victims who were killed were also juveniles. The shooting happened just after midnight Tuesday morning near 15th and North Virginia Streets.
