Truckee Meadows Fire & Rescue quickly knocked down a garage fire Sunday afternoon in Lemmon Valley. Crews were called to Oregon Boulevard near Overland Road at about 1:34 p.m. on a report of smoke and flames. The fire caused minor smoke damage in the home. There were no injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
