He opened fire at the Hard Rock Casino in Lake Tahoe, now he’s going to prison. Edgar Delgado pled guilty to a murder charge in the death of Omar Reyes Garcia. This happened back in March 2023. Police got to the resort and found the victim with a gunshot wound to the head at a casino bar. Delgado was arrested in El Dorado County. It appears an argument between the two got out of hand.
