Man Who Intentionally Rammed Car Into Group of People in Sparks Gets Life in Prison

A man who intentionally crashed his car into five people in west Sparks has been sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole. Twenty-seven-year-old Luis Guerrero was sentenced last month, but details were not announced by the Sparks Police Department until Thursday. One person was killed in the collision in 2020, while the other four victims were critically injured. Prosecutors say Guerrero intentionally drove into the group under a railroad overpass following a fight at the Grand Sierra Resort.
