A bicyclist suffered serious injuries in a Monday morning crash with a vehicle. Around 9:20 a.m., the Reno Police Department, Reno Fire Department, and REMSA all responded for reports of a vehicle vs bicyclist crash on Old Virginia Road. The bicyclist was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and is cooperating with the investigation. According to police, speed and impairment do not appear to be factors in the crash.
