(Reno, NV) — A man from Cold Springs, accused of beating his five-year-old daughter before her death, will remain behind bars on ten-million dollars bail. A Washoe County judge set the bail amount for 35-year-old Nicholas Loving during a court hearing on Wednesday. Loving is facing one count of child abuse causing substantial bodily harm after his daughter was found dead in their home last Thursday. Court records show Loving was previously convicted of felony child abuse in 2014. That incident involved his then-girlfriend’s two-year-old son.
