(Reno, NV) — The owners of the Lakeridge Golf Course in Reno are proposing a major expansion project. The Duncan Family, which owns the property, sent the project proposal to the Reno City Council on Monday. The plan calls for adding a 100-room hotel, villas, sports courts, a spa and other new amenities. T.J. Duncan, President of Duncan Golf Management, says they are hoping to attract more locals and visitors from out of town to Lakeridge. The proposed new amenities would not change the current 18-hole golf course layout.
