(Carson City, NV) — Two major auto insurers are planning to raise their rates in Nevada in the coming weeks. The moves will affect about 150 thousand customers statewide. The Nevada Division of Insurance has approved rate changes for Allstate and CSAA, which is a Triple A insurer. All State’s auto insurance rate increase of eight-point-six percent will take effect on May 26th. Allstate already raised its rates by ten-point-eight percent last October. CSAA General Insurance Company will raise its auto insurance rates by more than 12-point-six percent on July 1st.
