(Reno, NV) — A person is behind bars on suspicion of breaching the Nevada Air National Guard Base in Reno. The person, who was not authorized to be there, was taken into custody by base security personnel on Wednesday. They were then turned over to the Reno-Tahoe Airport Police Department, which transported them to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office. National Guard officials say the person is not a foreign national and did not appear to have any malicious intent. There were no disruptions to operations at the base or at the airport.
