(Sparks, NV) — A wanted felon is behind bars after a standoff at a house in Sparks. The incident with the suspect, 32-year-old Stephan Sallaz, started late Sunday morning. There was a warrant out for his arrest and he had reportedly cut off his ankle monitor. Police set up a perimeter and evacuated nearby residents after seeing Sallaz run inside the house. He was eventually found hiding in a crawl space and arrested. No one was injured.
