(South Lake Tahoe, CA) — A 13-year-old girl is dead after she was hit by a car in South Lake Tahoe. The girl was hit by a car while riding an E-Bike on Saturday morning. She was ejected from the bike on impact and hit a snow-paddle-marker. She died in a hospital on Saturday afternoon. The girl was a student in the Lake Tahoe Unified School District.
