(Gardnerville, NV) — The nearly 18-thousand-acre Conner Fire south of Gardnerville is now 84 percent contained. That is per the Bureau of Land Management’s update on Tuesday afternoon. Governor Joe Lombardo also toured the burned area on Tuesday and was given a detailed briefing. Containment was at 51 percent on Monday. The fire originated as a house fire last Friday morning.
