(Carson City, NV) — The top two leaders of Nevada State Police are now retired. Both the chief and his second-in-command retired within the past few weeks. Colonel Patrick Conmay had 50 years of service in law enforcement. Lieutenant Colonel Martin Mleczko [[ muh-LES-koh ]] had more than 20 years of service in law enforcement. The retirements come as the agency is trying to navigate through a trooper staffing crisis.
