Cody Abernathy was located in Carson City and was transported to Carson Tahoe Hospital and then arrested. He is one of the inmates who escaped custody from the Carson City Detention Facility. Matthew Marizza was taken into custody Sunday, in the Sacramento area. Austin Rivers was also arrested, he was the registered owner of the white mini van that Abernathy and Marizza used to escape from the detention center on Saturday.
