The Carson City Sheriff’s Office has made two arrests related to an extensive theft and stolen property ring. The investigation started with the report of “porch pirates” stealing packages on December 3rd. Members of the Special Enforcement Team located the suspects at an area hotel on December 4th. David Lee Loving was arrested for his connection to the porch thefts. By the conclusion of the investigation, additional stolen property tied to recent vehicle and residential burglaries was recovered. The crimes happened between October 26th and December 3rd.
