The Reno Police Department arrested a man on charges he set a woman on fire on Selmi Drive on Dec. 11. The woman remains in critical condition at the burn unit at UC Davis. Police arrested 32 year old Jeremy Michael Chatman, of Reno, on charges of domestic violence causing substantial bodily harm, battery by a parolee and parole violation charges. Other details of the incident were not released.
