Sparks Police have arrested the person they believe is responsible for the fatal crash early Sunday morning at Oddie Boulevard and El Rancho Drive. 18-year old Jordan Silva-Vallecillo faces charges of reckless driving, eight counts of leaving the scene of an accident, as well as driving without a valid license. Police say he was driving at speeds higher than a hundred mph, when he crashed into a stopped VW Passat with eight teenagers inside. One passenger in the Passat was pronounced dead at the scene. Sparks Police say the seven other teens were taken to the hospital, where they were treated for substantial injuries. Three are in intensive care.
