(Winnemucca, NV) — Crews are making further progress on two wildfires burning near Winnemucca. The Barber Canyon Fire is now 75 percent contained. It is holding at 17-thousand-583 acres of land. The Bartlett Fire is 75 percent contained as well. It is holding at six-thousand-169 acres of land. The Bureau of Land Management says both fires were sparked by lightning.
