(Sun Valley, NV) — The Van Fire north of Sun Valley has burned 65 acres of land. All forward progress was stopped on Monday night but evacuation warnings remain in place. The Spanish Springs Library is being used as an evacuation center. There are no reports of injuries or damage to buildings. Authorities say the fire is burning in a back country area and is difficult to access.
