Reno Police Thursday arrested a 62 year old man and charged him with bank robbery. Police say about 1:40 yesterday afternoon, officers were called to a bank in the 5000 block of S. Virginia St. to a report of a robbery that had just occurred. Witnesses were able to provide a good description and direction of travel for the suspect and police were able to locate and detain him within a block of the bank. An undetermined amount of money was recovered and no weapon was displayed or recovered. The FBI responded and arrested John Kelso on one count of bank robbery.
