One man is dead, two others are in the hospital after a shooting in Reno Sunday afternoon. It all started around 3 o’clock yesterday when Reno Police responded to an active shooter situation near the 7-11 on Grove Street. When Reno officers arrived they found two male victims of a shooting incident. That’s when the suspect allegedly confronted officers and shots were fired. The suspect was later pronounced dead at a local hospital. During the investigation, a fire broke out at a nearby residence and officials believe the incidents are related. The officers involved have been placed on routine administrative leave during the investigation.
