The battle in a “Right to life,” case has ended with the death of the woman who was still on life support. 20 year old Aden Hailu died Monday at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, while her family battled in court to keep her on a ventilator. Hailu has been on life support after abdominal surgery from which she never woke up, April 1st. She died from respiratory failure. Hailu’s father tried to stop a brain wave test, but was denied by a judge. The hospital has repeatedly said Hailu was brain dead, and would never recover, they argued that it was past time to remove her from life support.
