Governor Brian Sandoval is appointing former-Assemblyman Pat Hickey to the District Two seat on the Nevada State Board of Education, for a term ending January 1st, 2017. Hickey resigned his seat in the Assembly Tuesday, and will fill the seat vacated by the passing of Board Member Dave Cook.
