New development is happening in Carson City, as the area is starting to recover from the recession. A new multi-use building is now under construction at 308 North Curry Street, the site of the long vacant Citibank building. When completed, the building will feature downtown living, shopping, and office space. Developers are looking to Reno’s midtown for inspiration.
