The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is criticizing a federal judge in Reno for exhibiting personal bias against federal land managers, and has overturned a ruling in a long grazing dispute. The court ruled the late Wayne Hage and his family were guilty of trespassing cattle, and should be subject to fines. The court also concluded Judge Robert Clive Jones had no legal basis to find employees of the BLM and Forest Service in contempt of court, for doing their jobs.
