In a case that dates back to last May 30th, a 71 year old woman contacted the Reno Police Department to report a lewdness case involving her caretaker. The victim told Reno Police Sex Crimes Detectives, that while she was sleeping, she thought her cat was trying to get onto her bed. When she woke she discovered that her male caretaker had lowered his pants and placed his genitals on her. Through the course of the investigation, it was discovered that the defendant in this case was a suspect in a similar incident reported to Reno Police in 2012.  31 year old Eric Foreman was arrested Tuesday one one count of Open and Gross Lewdness, and 1 count of indecent exposure.
