NASA and UNR opened their drone virtual reality lab this week at the Reno Stead Airport, allowing students and NASA to partner in the exploration of new uses for UVA’s with the grand opening of their Nevada Unmanned Aircraft and NextGen Collaborative Environment Laboratory.  Nevada is one of 6 states in the US that was chosen for drone technology research and development, and the lab will give students at UNR a hands on approach to their studies.
